President Lise Middleton, former 20th Century Fox Vice President in London, brings to the consultancy 20 years of formidable studio experience, bolstered by a lengthy senior management position as Head of Distribution for A Company Filmed Entertainment in Berlin, a leading independent film licensing company operating across Central & Eastern Europe, the C.I.S. and Vietnam.


During Middleton’s tenure at 20th Century Fox and later A Company, the cinema and home entertainment business in the EMEA region grew dramatically. Across 40+ territories, Lise was responsible for opening new markets and managing licensee relations, implementing forecasting models to assess and maximize acquisitions, driving revenue with unique marketing strategies while managing P&A expenses, and delivering timely reporting and value to licensor.

Middleton presided over the successful release in the region of some of the most remarkable films by today’s leading filmmakers, including James Cameron’s Titanic, Baz Luhrmann’s Moulin Rouge, David Fincher’s Fight Club, George Lucas’ Star Wars – The Phantom Menace, Lee Tamahori’s Die Another Day, Steven Spielberg’s Minority Report, Ridley Scott’s The Kingdom of Heaven, Stephen Daldry’s The Reader, Martin Scorsese’s Shutter Island, Tom Hooper’s The King’s Speech, and Cloud Atlas by Lana Wachowski, Tom Tykwer & Andy Wachowski.
